Design and implement end-to-end ML architectures and scalable Java backend systems, and create cross-platform solution architectures. Lead model lifecycle, MLOps standards, cloud-native deployments, microservices design, integrations, CI/CD, and stakeholder alignment across product, data engineering, and infrastructure teams.

Design, build, and maintain modular automation test frameworks for UI (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright), APIs (RestAssured/Postman/Karate), and backend/database validation. Lead and execute game testing activities: write test plans, report and communicate bugs, participate in scrum meetings, manage a team of 7–8, and own test strategy, status reports, and metrics.

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests for IVR systems and integrated web, mobile, and API layers. Validate IVR call flows, prompts, DTMF inputs, speech recognition, and backend integrations. Build and maintain automation frameworks, analyze logs and call recordings, identify defects, and collaborate with development and product teams to ensure release quality.

Provide L2 technical support to external merchants: assist API integrations, test interfaces (Postman), troubleshoot post-integration issues, follow runbooks, handle tickets in Jira/Bugzilla/Salesforce, and perform web/API/DB/UI testing within rotational/night shifts onsite in Hyderabad.

Perform project planning, requirement gathering and gap analysis for wealth management/capital markets. Execute manual and automation testing, coordinate stakeholders, track production issues in JIRA, and prepare status reports.

Remote technical roles covering backend, frontend, fullstack, and cloud/DevOps. Responsibilities include building scalable APIs and UIs, database schema design, performance and security optimization, CI/CD and containerized deployments, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and cross-team collaboration to deliver production-grade software.

Lead development of Python-based solutions for embedded systems, contribute to Bluetooth stack and firmware integration, build test automation and CI/CD pipelines, debug systems, collaborate across teams, mentor junior engineers, and document workflows.

Design and develop Spring Boot REST APIs and microservices, ensure code quality and testing (TDD/JUnit), collaborate with team and stakeholders, improve application stability, scalability and user experience, and work with basic frontend frameworks (React/Angular) and Git.
