The Financial Controller owns daily SG&A operations, payment processes, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, accruals, working capital, audits, VAT and corporate income tax compliance, and transfer pricing documentation. The role also mentors junior team members and improves financial processes through AI and automation. Strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP, taxation, NetSuite, Excel, and accounting standards is required.
