The Business Development Executive will manage the complete sales cycle, focusing on customer acquisition and generating leads to bring in multiple hotel clients monthly.

Onboard, train, and support hoteliers to use the Exely Suite platform. Handle requests via calls and email, troubleshoot settings, collect feedback and escalate issues, and ensure platform functionality for hotel clients.

Own the full sales cycle for Exely's hospitality SaaS: generate and convert leads, meet hoteliers (≈70% face-to-face), manage CRM, attend industry events, provide market research, and meet monthly acquisition targets after onboarding.

Act as primary Turkish-speaking contact for hotel clients, drive revenue growth through proactive account management, regular onsite check-ins and business reviews, coordinate internal teams to resolve issues, run local marketing activities, analyze client performance, and promote product improvements based on client feedback.
