Provide oversight and assurance of material service providers to support Trustee governance and regulatory compliance (SPS 515, CPS 230). Improve Productboard hygiene, coach cross-functional teams, optimise enablement tools (Figma, Dovetail, Confluence, Productboard), and ensure discovery context, decision rationale and customer-focused collateral are captured and shared to drive consistent product delivery.

The Business Analyst will bridge business needs and technical delivery across product, technology, operations, and client teams. Responsibilities include eliciting requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting roadmaps and backlog prioritization, facilitating workshops, validating solutions through UAT and regression testing, analyzing data and reporting, supporting client onboarding, investigating issues, and participating in Agile ceremonies.

Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas. Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations, develop Power BI dashboards and performance metrics, and deliver regular and ad hoc analysis supporting product planning and decisions. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, manage external data providers, improve data quality and reporting processes, and monitor industry, competitor, and market trends.

Design, build and maintain scalable web applications and microservices; develop and optimise public/private APIs; create responsive front-ends with strong UX; ensure performance, security, testing and CI/CD; participate in code reviews and agile cross-functional collaboration; support maintenance and documentation; contribute to technical innovation including AI-enabled solutions.
