Lead sales strategy and revenue growth for Nucleus Software’s Japanese BFSI market. Manage the full sales cycle, develop existing and new client relationships, evaluate opportunities, oversee pipelines and forecasts, and achieve sales targets. Lead and mentor the onsite sales team, build strategic partnerships, collaborate with product and compliance teams, ensure regulatory adherence, and provide performance reporting and market insights to senior management.

Supports sales operations and enablement by maintaining CRM accuracy, coordinating quotes and orders, managing pipeline data, preparing forecasts and performance dashboards, and supporting account renewals and upselling. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success on invoicing, customer requests, onboarding, training, and process improvement. Serves as a key account contact and helps improve sales efficiency, reporting accuracy, customer satisfaction, and retention.

Leads the Marketing design function and a team of designers, providing creative direction, mentorship, and quality oversight. Owns visual communication across digital, print, social, web, email, events, and internal communications. Translates marketing strategies into brand-consistent creative campaigns, manages multiple projects and deadlines, and establishes design standards. Drives AI-first workflows using generative AI and modern design tools to improve ideation, efficiency, and creative production.

Own end-to-end techno-functional solution design for Supply Chain Finance modules, translating business requirements into functional flows, solution documents, and API integrations. Validate credit, settlement, financing, and liquidation logic; review specifications and change requests; ensure architectural alignment, regulatory compliance, and performance. Support impact analysis, RFPs, proofs of concept, customer workshops, capability mapping, and cross-functional engagement with banks, enterprise customers, product teams, architects, and engineers.

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital corporate lending products, including origination, underwriting, disbursement, servicing, onboarding, and integrations. Define product strategy and roadmap, automate credit decisioning, collaborate with engineering, risk, compliance, data, and business teams, and use analytics and experimentation to improve approvals and conversion. Ensure regulatory compliance while developing embedded finance, supply chain finance, invoice discounting, and business lending solutions.
