As a Mastery Level Business Consultant, you will analyze data, enhance reporting, support operational units, and build stakeholder relationships using data-driven solutions.

Provide L2/L3 operational support for on-premises and cloud Active Directory and Azure Entra ID, manage daily user/group/computer tasks, maintain platform health, perform upgrades/patching, troubleshoot authentication/replication/incidents, participate in on-call rotation and disaster recovery drills, and produce runbooks, audits, and RCA.

Lead enterprise IAM operations across IGA (SailPoint/Saviynt), Okta, and PAM (CyberArk/BeyondTrust). Manage identity lifecycle (JML), provisioning, SSO/MFA/federation, application onboarding, incident resolution, audits, compliance, and mentor a team to ensure SLA adherence and process improvements.

Manage and support Identity and Access Management systems (WebSEAL, Keycloak, LDAP). Implement SSO, MFA, OAuth/OpenID Connect, and SAML integrations; troubleshoot authentication and access issues; perform certificate management, monitoring, deployments, patches, and migrations; collaborate with infrastructure and security teams and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.

Operate and support enterprise PKI services: manage certificate lifecycle (issue/renew/revoke), monitor health, respond to incidents, maintain documentation, assist audits, and integrate PKI with IAM and application infrastructure.

Manage and operate CyberArk/PAM environments: onboard and manage privileged and service accounts, configure safes/platforms, perform password reconciliation/resets, troubleshoot PAM/CPM issues, manage AD group access, support audits and incident resolution, and maintain operational documentation.

Provide L2/L3 support and day-to-day operations for SailPoint IdentityNow, handling IAM tickets, JML lifecycle activities, provisioning (SCIM/API), application onboarding, access reviews, audits, RCA, and process documentation to ensure platform stability and compliance.

Operate and support the enterprise Okta IAM platform: provide L2/L3 production support, manage user lifecycle (JML), onboard and troubleshoot application integrations (SAML/OIDC), handle SSO/MFA issues, perform incident response and RCA, maintain platform hygiene and compliance, monitor logs, and produce operational runbooks and SOPs.

Design, build, and maintain ELT data pipelines; define data modeling and quality standards; document system flows; collaborate with stakeholders and BI teams; translate business needs into technical specs; monitor pipelines and SLAs; lead and mentor an offshore engineering team; support onsite engineering through communication and stakeholder management.

The Senior Analyst - Data role involves software development and database management. Requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of Agile methodologies, and familiarity with SQL and Unix Shell scripting.
