Own the engine cycle and top-level technical architecture for a pump-fed liquid rocket engine. Leads cross-functional initiatives, improves PLM, MES, and ERP processes, establishes governance and KPI frameworks, analyzes operational bottlenecks, strengthens digital data flows, and supports AI, automation, analytics, and change-management initiatives. The role focuses on measurable performance improvements, scalable processes, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of new systems and ways of working.

Leads indirect procurement and a small buyer team while managing selected categories hands-on. Responsibilities include category strategy, sourcing events, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contract awards, supplier performance, savings, process improvements, stakeholder engagement, procurement KPIs, governance, risk, and compliance across transport, facilities, professional services, tools, IT equipment, and related operational spend.

Advise senior leaders on people strategy, organizational design, talent planning, succession, DEI, employee relations, performance, and change management. Ensure compliant and scalable HR processes, collaborate with Works Councils and international teams, lead cross-functional initiatives, and use Workday for reporting and organizational updates. The role requires strong German and English skills, German HR expertise, international HRBP experience, and occasional travel.
