Design, develop and qualify stage and fairing separation mechanisms, actuators and umbilical systems. Define requirements, drive trade studies, coordinate with structures and propulsion teams, produce and release hardware drawings, and lead manufacturing, test and build optimizations for the launch vehicle.

Manage procurement for launch-site operations: source and purchase materials and services, create and maintain procurement documentation in SAP/Xledger, obtain and compare supplier quotes, monitor supplier performance, support cross-functional goods flow, participate in tenders and continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Design and size fluid systems for rocket test and launch facilities (cryogenic propellant and high-pressure gas systems). Select and procure hardware, produce PFDs/P&IDs and technical documentation, run simulations and analyses, lead design reviews and risk assessments, and support factory/site acceptance, commissioning, and test/launch operations.
