Manage a portfolio of partner accounts via 100% telesales: drive revenue through upsells, meet call and conversion targets, monitor account performance, ensure operational standards, process documentation and partner approvals in Salesforce with high accuracy, and provide consultative support to solve partner needs.

Manage key vendor accounts through store visits, troubleshooting, negotiation, and performance monitoring. Lead cross-market projects end-to-end, coordinate stakeholders, support campaign execution, and assist operations teams with data and ad-hoc rollouts.
