Support month-end and year-end close, reporting, audits, and process improvements while coordinating with procurement, internal teams, and vendors.

Manage the full cycle of U.S. employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, immigrant visa, and adjustment of status applications. Analyze compensation data, conduct country-specific tax research, maintain audit-ready records, manage client communications and engagement financials, and support business development through global mobility tax strategies.

Manage global mobility tax engagements for UK and international clients, advising on tax residence, cross-border moves, tax equalisation, remote work, and commuting. Develop client relationships, identify business opportunities, review work, coach junior colleagues, monitor tax legislation, and lead cross-functional global projects. The role requires strong UK tax expertise, bilingual English and Japanese communication, analytical problem-solving, and preferred ACA, ATT, or CTA certification.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing Forms 1040, 1041, 709, and 706; advising on multi-state and international tax matters; managing clients, budgets, risks, quality, and delivery; mentoring tax professionals; and improving processes and technology-enabled service delivery.
