Sell Precisely's Data Integrity suite into State, Local, and Education accounts across the Northeast. Prospect new accounts, manage and expand existing relationships, generate pipeline and revenue, collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, services and partners, document sales activity in Salesforce, and support regional sales leadership to meet territory goals.

Serve as an individual-contributor HR Business Partner for the Americas, advising managers and employees on HR policies, HRIS administration, onboarding/exits, compensation, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, org design, workforce planning, and regional HR projects (including M&A). Use AI tools to automate routine tasks and support broader corporate HR initiatives. Occasional travel (<10%) to regional meetings.

Develop full-stack, AI-first MDM features using Java and modern JavaScript (React/Angular). Build responsive UIs, design REST APIs, write unit/integration tests, debug front-end and backend systems, and apply AI tools to accelerate development and improve code quality. Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate across Product, UX, QA, and Platform teams.

The Sales Engineer will support pre-sales activities by interpreting client requirements, delivering demonstrations, and implementing technical solutions using Precisely products. The role involves engaging in sales discussions, participating in trade shows, and providing end-to-end solutions while acting as a trusted advisor on cloud modernization and AI initiatives.

Manage a portfolio of 40+ accounts to drive retention, engagement, and expansion. Own renewals and forecasting, run strategic reviews, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate onboarding, escalate support issues, and collaborate with sales and contracts teams to close renewals.
