Lead the Reminders engineering team, jointly shaping product direction with Product and Design while contributing technically. Build and manage a qualified B2B pipeline, negotiate commercially sound agreements, assess partner fit, and develop relationships across hospitality, leisure, travel, wellness, tourism, and entertainment. Collaborate with category, buying, onboarding, and commercial teams while sharing market insights and attending relevant industry events.

Own the commercial strategy and performance of assigned experience categories, driving sales, margin, range, and partner growth. Responsibilities include analyzing market and customer data, negotiating partner terms, launching products, planning seasonal campaigns, optimizing merchandising and conversion, leading business reviews, and managing a direct report. The role collaborates with Marketing, Product, and Trading teams and deputizes for the Head of Partner Growth when required.

Leads Group Finance across IFRS external reporting, statutory accounts, audit, technical accounting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, tax, treasury, sustainability reporting, governance, controls, risk, internal audit, and finance transformation. Presents to executives, the Audit Committee, and Board; manages auditors and advisors; oversees finance systems strategy and data quality; and develops a senior multidisciplinary finance team.

Lead the analytics engineering team to enhance data insights for business growth, employing innovative solutions and driving project execution.

Lead procurement strategy across operations, warehouse, logistics, marketing, and other strategic categories. Own sourcing initiatives, RFPs, tenders, supplier negotiations, contract renewals, and Supplier Relationship Management. Partner with senior stakeholders, drive change and process improvement, consolidate spend, reduce costs, and ensure governance, compliance, risk management, and business continuity.

Own P&L and balance sheet areas, support month-end close, produce management reporting, partner with FP&A and stakeholders, maintain financial controls and audit readiness, and improve processes to drive efficiencies.
