Develop, test, deploy, and monitor scalable backend and frontend systems using C#, .NET, TypeScript, REST, and GraphQL. Collaborate with product, data, and design teams across the software lifecycle. Own complex platform components, improve reliability, latency, throughput, and cost efficiency, participate in architecture and incident response, mentor teammates, and collaborate with data science, ML, DevOps, backend, and analytics teams.

Conduct product and user behavior analysis, define KPIs, build dashboards and models, and design and evaluate A/B and multivariate experiments. Partner with product, lifecycle, marketing, data, and engineering teams to generate insights, improve user experiences, inform feature launches, and support growth decisions.

Manage strategic advertising client relationships, retention, upsell and expansion opportunities within Mistplay’s mobile gaming platform. Serve as the primary client contact, track pipeline and churn risks, provide performance insights, coordinate with Ad Operations, monitor industry developments, maintain CRM records, and support revenue growth through account strategy, proposals, negotiations, and persuasive client engagement.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the offerwall and rewarded gaming industry. Build client and stakeholder relationships, present proposals, negotiate contracts, close partnerships, and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams, while tracking business development performance and using data to guide decisions. The role requires fluent English and Korean communication and focuses on expanding LoyaltyPlay’s B2B publisher partnerships.

Lead development of complex features for Mistplay’s native iOS app, improving user engagement and experience. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams; resolve performance issues; build intuitive interfaces with SwiftUI; write secure, maintainable code; participate in code reviews; and mentor junior developers. The role also supports testing, CI/CD, Agile development, backend integration, and API handling.
