The role supports financial close, compliance with CMHC guidelines, audits, stakeholder communications, new securitization initiatives, controls, and process improvements. It requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with advanced computer proficiency.

Supports daily treasury operations, including cash and liquidity management, investments, funding, deposits, GIC administration, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, and financial controls. Performs analysis, resolves discrepancies, maintains accurate documentation, supports process improvements, and provides backup coverage across treasury activities. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, and resilient operations.

Oversees strategic planning, forecasting, financial modeling, transformation initiatives, new product development, risk controls, and Board reporting. Partners with corporate risk, legal, compliance, finance, audit, technology, and operations teams while developing a high-performing strategy, risk, analytics, and business operations team.

Manages accounting, financial reporting, analysis, and administration for the bank’s securitization programs, including NHA MBS and Covered Bonds. Oversees issuance and settlement accounting, cash tracking, reconciliations, monthly close schedules, investor reporting, variance analysis, disclosures, audits, regulatory compliance, and process improvements. Partners with Accounting, Capital Markets, Treasury, auditors, CMHC, and service providers while leading and supporting direct reports.

Build, test, support, and deploy CRM and low-code applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. Develop Copilot Studio agents, workflow automation, dashboards, integrations, custom connectors, plugins, and Power Pages solutions. Apply Dataverse security, ALM, CI/CD, Agile SDLC, and responsible AI practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on testing, delivery, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication within a regulated banking environment.
