Lead Emma’s Austrian e-commerce business, owning full P&L, marketing budget, channel mix, pricing, promotions, assortment, product positioning, and growth strategy. Drive profitable revenue growth through performance marketing, experimentation, reporting, and new sales channels. Build market visibility across global teams and develop a four-person country team plus interns. Requires strong analytical, commercial, stakeholder-management, German, and English skills.

Support tax compliance across Mexico, Brazil, and other Americas jurisdictions; review financial data and perform variance analysis; assist with ERP and e-commerce data integration; help align local accounting processes with IFRS; and organize documentation for internal and external audits. The role is designed for an accounting student or recent graduate working with regional and global teams.

Translate data and consumer insights into commercial decisions while collaborating cross-functionally on inventory, marketing, product, finance, P&L, and execution.

Own and grow retail relationships across the UK & Ireland by driving sales, negotiating contracts, expanding product ranges, delivering store visits and product training, creating promotional plans, forecasting performance, and feeding market intelligence into commercial strategy.

Develop and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, focusing on procurement and sales processes. Responsibilities include X++ coding, integrations with third-party and legacy systems, API development, Azure Functions, data migration, security configuration, unit and system testing, technical documentation, and troubleshooting. The role collaborates with consultants and support teams to design, implement, and validate scalable business solutions.
