What you'll do
- Regional Tax Compliance: Work closely with the Tax & Accounting team to support and ensure the timely submission of tax returns and compliance obligations across Mexico, Brazil, and other Americas jurisdictions.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Review monthly and quarterly financial data, assisting in variance analysis regarding sales, margins, inventories, and operational data across the region to support Management decision-making.
- Systems & Data Integration: Actively support data-improvement projects and the development of our ERP system (MS Dynamics 365), acting as an interface function between accounting data and our e-commerce platform data.
- Cross-Border Support: Participate in projects aimed at increasing tax compliance and aligning local accounting processes with global standards (IFRS).
- Audit & Documentation Support: Assist in gathering, organizing, and reviewing tax certificates and accounting support required for internal audits, external audit firms, or cross-border transactions.
Who we're Looking for
- Background: Currently pursuing or finishing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Language Skills: Fluent English (both written and spoken) is required, as you will interact with regional and global teams.
- Technical Skills: Confident in using MS Office, with strong Excel skills for data management and financial analysis. An interest or familiarity with ERP systems (like MS Dynamics 365) is a plus.
- Mindset: A critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, an infectious can-do attitude, and the ability to keep a cool head under tight deadlines.
- Soft Skills: High sense of ownership, responsibility, and pride in your performance. You enjoy taking initiative, working independently when needed, and collaborating effectively within a multicultural team.

Skills Required
