Ready to awaken your best with us?
This role goes beyond traditional last mile operations. You will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling the full post-warehouse logistics journey—from outbound delivery to returns and reverse logistics—ensuring a seamless, cost-efficient, and high-quality customer experience.
This position offers a unique opportunity to take on broad ownership in a fast-growing environment, with direct impact on both customer experience and operational performance.
What you´ll do:
- You will take full ownership of last mile and reverse logistics performance across the Southern Cluster, ensuring service excellence, cost efficiency, and scalability across both outbound and inbound flows
- You will manage and develop a network of delivery and reverse logistics partners, driving performance through clear KPIs, structured governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This includes overseeing delivery execution, returns handling, failed deliveries, and refurbishment-related flows.
- You will lead operational improvements by identifying inefficiencies, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing scalable solutions that enhance delivery success rates, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- You will own capacity planning and forecasting across delivery and returns, ensuring readiness for peak periods and alignment with demand trends. In parallel, you will continuously evaluate and optimize network design, including carrier allocation, routing logic, and partner footprint.
- You will act as a key interface across internal teams such as S&OP, Transportation, Warehousing, and Customer Experience, ensuring alignment on priorities and smooth execution of operations, including new product launches.
- You will build and manage strong relationships with logistics partners, leading performance reviews and pushing for higher standards, innovation, and automation.
Who we´re looking for:
- You bring 3+ years of experience in last mile, reverse logistics, or end-to-end supply chain roles within e-commerce, FMCG, retail, or similarly fast-paced environments.
- You demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and are comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on.
- You have experience managing external partners and driving measurable improvements in operational performance.
- You are highly analytical, with a structured approach to problem-solving and a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- You are able to navigate ambiguity and thrive in dynamic environments, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
- You bring strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
- You are fluent in English; Spanish is a strong advantage.
What we offer:
- Responsibility and decision-making authority from your first day
- The opportunity to work on challenging tasks that contribute to your professional growth
- Work independently and as part of a dedicated, international team
- Private Health Insurance and 24 vacations days per year, with 1 extra day per year worked (until a limit of 29 days per year)
- 22 remote days per quarter policy, with offices in Parque das Nações, Lisbon.
- Work with and learn from experts in diverse fields
- Get to know your team members at our exciting company events
- Working from a pet-friendly office
