Evaluates call center team operations for quality, provides feedback, participates in calibration meetings, and prepares evaluation reports. The role requires one year of call center, collections, or quality assurance experience, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office, strong communication, attention to detail, and a minimum Diploma 3 qualification.
