Lead programme-level architecture for a large-scale digital commerce transformation, ensuring end-to-end solution alignment across SFCC headless, MuleSoft integrations, mobile, core systems and multi-cloud platforms. Govern architecture, review designs, manage cross-workstream dependencies, support go-live readiness, and provide technical escalation and stakeholder communication across distributed teams.

Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, recommend Salesforce Revenue and Commerce Cloud solutions, perform gap analyses, support development and testing, run client trainings, and document consulting activities to enable successful implementation and adoption.
