We are looking for an experienced Programme Architect to provide architecture leadership across large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
This is a strategic role responsible for defining end-to-end solution architecture, governing technical decisions across multiple workstreams, and ensuring all solutions align to a unified target architecture. Working closely with customers, Solution Architects, Technical Architects and delivery teams, you will provide architectural leadership across complex, multi-cloud Salesforce programmes.
While Salesforce Commerce Cloud is an important part of many of our programmes, we're looking for someone who can think beyond a single platform and provide architectural leadership across the broader enterprise landscape.
- Own the overall programme architecture across multiple workstreams.
- Define and govern the end-to-end target architecture throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Provide architectural leadership across Salesforce, integration, mobile and enterprise platforms.
- Drive architecture governance, design reviews and cross-workstream decision making.
- Identify architectural risks, dependencies and integration challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and executive stakeholders.
- Mentor Solution Architects and Technical Architects while helping establish architecture standards and reusable delivery frameworks.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution design and technical strategy.
RequirementsSkills & Experience
- Significant experience as a Programme Architect, Enterprise Architect, Lead Solution Architect or similar strategic architecture role.
- Experience leading architecture across large-scale enterprise transformation or multi-cloud programmes.
- Strong Salesforce ecosystem knowledge, with experience across multiple clouds (Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud or similar).
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration, API-led architecture and solution governance.
- Ability to connect multiple technologies, challenge solution designs and balance technical, business and delivery priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring architects and leading distributed delivery teams.

Skills Required
- 12+ years of overall IT/digital commerce experience.
- Strong architecture experience in enterprise commerce programmes.
- Hands-on or strong solution architecture experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud / SFCC.
- Experience with SFCC Headless implementations.
- Knowledge of PWA Kit and/or Storefront Next.
- Next.js experience (preferred).
- Strong understanding of MuleSoft integration architecture and API-led integration.
- Experience working with mobile commerce applications and integrations.
- Good understanding of enterprise/core system integrations (order, customer, product, pricing, inventory, fulfilment, payments).
- Ability to manage and govern architecture across multiple parallel workstreams and multiple vendors.
- Experience on large transformation programmes with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work with distributed global teams.
