Develop, customize, and integrate Enea Qosmos DPI/TI products for customers. Perform feasibility, design, reverse-engineer network protocols, implement high-performance C modules, test and validate, and provide on-site or remote integration and post-deployment support.

Lead execution of B2B marketing and field campaigns for telecom and cybersecurity customers. Create and activate content and assets, manage events and digital campaigns, enable sales with account-specific messaging, work with agencies and regional teams, and plan/report on budgets and campaign performance using market and customer insight.

Define and execute product marketing strategy for embedded security products. Create technical and executive-facing content, craft value propositions, run market and competitor analysis, support campaigns, and engage analysts and partners to drive awareness and growth.

Provide 24/7 technical support for telecom products, manage incidents within SLAs, troubleshoot and reproduce faults, coordinate fixes with engineering, perform traffic analysis, implement approved system changes, produce RCA reports, share knowledge through documentation, and engage with customers to improve network performance and prevent recurring issues.
