Leads managers responsible for complaints, escalations, technical support, and operational quality. Own and evolve the Global Merchant Database platform, productizing merchant data APIs, event interfaces, and authorization models. Define API contracts, data models, versioning, and metrics while partnering with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and adoption. Champion documentation, platform thinking, and prioritisation for a reliable merchant data foundation.

Review and manage CDD cases across onboarding, event-driven and periodic reviews. Collect and assess customer information against AML/KYC standards, make risk-based decisions, document case rationale clearly, escalate appropriately, identify patterns, collaborate with internal teams, and adopt AI-augmented tooling to improve processes.

Own the full sales cycle for high-value UK prospects: build pipeline, run consultative sales and negotiations, close and onboard accounts, represent Teya at events, track CRM/KPIs, and feed customer insight to Product.

Provide front-line support to merchant customers via phone, email, and live chat; resolve queries and escalations; guide merchants through product features; maintain CRM accuracy; meet quality and productivity targets; surface recurring issues to improve the product.
