Build relationships with healthcare technology and regulatory leaders, source and win complex deals, attend industry conferences and customer sites, collaborate with internal experts, improve sales processes, and provide customer insights to guide go-to-market strategy and product development.

Own end-to-end talent sourcing and qualification across technical, clinical, regulatory, and commercial roles. Orchestrate AI agents to identify, assess, and engage candidates, personally completing qualification when needed. Maintain high-quality candidate communications, measure hiring outcomes, and continuously improve sourcing strategies through rigorous testing. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting data is preferred.

Own portfolio-wide capacity planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and prioritization for medical-device assessment deployments. Build forecasting and optimization systems that match global assessment experts with customer needs, locations, qualifications, and timelines. Use data modeling, analytics, and AI to improve operational workflows, assess output reliability, and support scalable automation. Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and machine learning teams while balancing competing priorities across a regulated certification environment.

Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads through cold outreach, networking, and industry events. Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects, conduct discovery conversations, understand prospect needs, and connect them with the appropriate sales motion. Collaborate with the commercial team to improve messaging, ideal customer targeting, and outreach strategies.

Design products that help medical technology companies and regulatory teams navigate device certification. Responsibilities include improving existing products, shaping new offerings, researching customer workflows, designing and prototyping solutions, evolving coded design systems, collaborating with product, engineering, and regulatory experts, and testing products directly with customers.

The Account Manager will manage complex B2B customer relationships in health tech, ensuring successful outcomes through communication and project management.
