Lead Dutch public policy and government affairs consulting for cross-sector clients. Advise businesses on policy, regulation, politics, competition, and government relations; manage client engagements, teams, and stakeholders; conduct research and analysis; draft clear written materials; communicate complex issues to varied audiences; and coach junior staff. The Partner provides strategic counsel to boards, executives, policymakers, and regulators; leads pitches and account profitability; builds the firm’s external profile; develops thought leadership and networks; shapes regional strategy; and mentors and grows the Financial Services team.

Lead and expand Flint's Asia-Pacific technology policy practice from Singapore. Advise clients on AI regulation, online safety, data governance, digital infrastructure and cybersecurity; manage client accounts, drive business development, build relationships with governments and regulators, lead and mentor teams, and ensure commercial delivery of advisory projects.

Serve as primary operational contact for regional offices: manage office operations, partner support, events, onboarding, workplace services, IT setup (SharePoint access), vendor coordination, H&S compliance, and cross-functional liaison to improve processes and employee experience.
