EU Public Affairs Manager/Director with a focus on technology, digital and/or competition policy
Flint is hiring a Public Policy and Public Affairs Manager/Director with a focus on EU technology, digital and/or competition policy, with a minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in the field.
Flint is a business advisory that helps clients navigate policy, political, regulatory and competition challenges at national, European and global level. Our team members have worked at the highest levels of national governments, EU institutions, regulatory agencies and industry, offering an authoritative view on increasingly complex developments at the intersection of government and business.
We are seeking a proactive, solutions-driven individual with the following skills and experience:
Your Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated expertise and experience in EU public policy and regulation, with solid knowledge of technology, digital and/or competition policies, including platform regulation, artificial intelligence, online safety and cybersecurity. Prior professional experience in one of the EU institutions is a plus.
- Outstanding analytical skills, enabling you to provide tailored strategic advice on complex policy and regulatory matters
- Excellent written and oral communication skills allowing you to engage with both expert and non-expert audiences.
- Proven project management experience, with the ability to drive and deliver client projects autonomously
- A collaborative approach to work vis-à-vis your teams, your clients and other external stakeholders
- Proficient written and spoken English is required, and knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.

Skills Required
