Lead functional safety architecture and standardisation for PMICs, define and document safety requirements, align with MCU/SoC teams, mentor FuSa engineers, drive tool-based workflows, validate implementations, and interact with customers and assessors.

Develop, test, document, and ensure quality of embedded software for deeply embedded platforms. Plan and report work, verify deliverables against requirements, use hardware test tools, follow SCM and Agile practices, and mentor junior engineers.

Serve as a global technical authority for complex analog/mixed-signal IC development across the full lifecycle: specification, design, verification, silicon validation, DFT/test, production readiness, cross-functional alignment, automation/AI improvements, and mentorship.
