Develop proof-of-concept software for vision and radar applications in automotive applications. Bring up computer vision and radar applications on hardware platforms. Discuss requirements for next-generation ADAS products. Support customers with computer vision and radar applications.

Lead the Analog design team, provide technical leadership for integrated circuit development projects, and ensure the team meets design requirements and schedules. Manage staff, mentor direct reports, and represent the team in project planning and execution. Support circuit design, layout, and testing, as well as DFT strategies and test development. Ensure compliance with design practices and guidelines. Collaborate with corporate engineering and participate in resource planning and interview processes.

Manage the digital design team for automotive and consumer BMS products, ensuring project specifications, schedules, and quality standards are met. Establish and maintain design methodologies/flows, hire/mentor talent, and collaborate with senior leadership on project planning and resource allocation. Act as a liaison between design teams, PMO, and corporate engineering functions.
