Provide first- and second-line IT support for plant systems including desktops, PLC-connected devices, MES/SCADA, SAP/ERP access, networking, CCTV and access control. Develop, test, and maintain software using C#. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design features, participate in code reviews, debug applications, and improve existing systems. Apply OOP principles and SQL Server knowledge to build scalable solutions.

Lead the design and scale of Lenskart's creator ecosystem: build a data-driven creator network, run high-impact influencer campaigns, negotiate talent deals, implement performance analytics and dashboards, drive revenue and brand lift, and embed creator-first practices across the organization.

Own regional P&L and scale Lenskart across the GCC using AI-driven growth, performance marketing, and omnichannel commercial expansion. Build localised market entry playbooks, lead partnerships, optimise pricing and assortment, and recruit a lean, AI-fluent team. Deliver governance, forecasts, and stakeholder alignment while ensuring regulatory and operational readiness across UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain.

Lead Owndays' end-to-end operations across retail, supply chain, and manufacturing. Build scalable, data-driven operating models, SOPs, AI-augmented planning, and P&L accountability. Drive store performance, market expansion, cost efficiency, and a high-performing operational leadership team.
