Own and scale Meller in India with end-to-end P&L responsibility. Define market strategy, retail rollout, assortment, D2C and channel growth, brand and marketing direction, cross-functional coordination, and build a lean India team while liaising with global and Lenskart leadership.

Manage Lenskart products to align with tactical and strategic goals. Collaborate with engineers, designers, content creators and animators to prioritize and deliver iterative releases. Use user interactions and analytics to define strategy, write concise PRDs and annotated wireframes, identify dependencies, measure feature success, and continuously optimize product performance.

Work with teams to define data needs, build and maintain self-serve dashboards and tables, perform exploratory analysis, design and analyze experiments, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Lead Lenskart's global marketing engine: own brand strategy, AI-powered growth, performance marketing, content/creative operations, social and influencer ecosystems, and build a high-performing, AI-fluent marketing organization accountable for revenue and brand metrics.

Lead analytics for app and web channels to drive acquisition, conversion, retention, and LTV. Build measurement frameworks, own experimentation and instrumentation, ensure data quality, generate customer and omnichannel insights, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders to influence product, growth, and marketing decisions.

Lead cross-functional analytics work: build self-serve dashboards and data products, define metrics, run exploratory analysis and experiments, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders to inform business decisions.
