Manage daily AP invoice posting and reconciliations, vendor and bank reconciliations, process manual and urgent payments, support cash allocations and multi-currency treasury activities, prepare AP and treasury reports and KPIs, handle vendor queries and audit requests, maintain controls and documentation, and liaise with stakeholders and banking partners to resolve discrepancies.

Perform end-to-end finance operations including AP/AR processing, intercompany invoicing, cash allocations, client and bank reconciliations, expense processing, billing query resolution, transactional MIS/reporting, support accruals/provisions and monthly book-close activities.

Lead end-to-end sourcing for POS materials across EMEA, managing RFQs, negotiations, supplier relationships, and cross-functional delivery. Drive cost savings and GP targets, ensure quality/compliance with QC/QA, manage strategic projects, and provide reporting and stakeholder updates.

Perform end-to-end finance shared-services tasks including AP/AR processing, intercompany invoicing, cash allocations, bank and statement reconciliations, expense processing, transactional MIS/reporting, support month-end close, and resolve client/supplier billing queries to meet deadlines.

Lead end-to-end international shipment flows and warehouse operations. Coordinate suppliers, forwarders, customs brokers and clients; manage FCL/LCL/air/road/courier shipments, documentation, tracking, compliance, OTIF performance, costs, and rate negotiations. Oversee inbound/outbound stock movements, KPI reporting, SOPs, third-party performance, and lead the logistics team while partnering cross-functionally to deliver on timelines and service levels.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value production projects across sourcing, supplier management, timelines and quality control. Drive cost optimisation, governance, stakeholder engagement and accurate financial tracking while supporting regional priorities and weekly on-site client collaboration in Vevey, Switzerland.
