Supports the connection between commercial brand teams and technology organizations across Europe. Provides legal counsel to AbbVie operations and onsite specialty pharmacy teams. Advises on pharmacy regulations, controlled substances, DEA and state Board of Pharmacy requirements, licensure, permits, audits, compliance programs, policies, training, and commercial contracts. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to assess legal risk, resolve issues, support strategic initiatives, and translate complex regulatory matters into practical business guidance.

Supports laboratory and corporate facility engineering projects by creating and updating drawings, assisting with electrical distribution designs, participating in laboratory renovations, and ensuring compliance with engineering, EHS, and regulatory standards. Coordinates with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders; tracks schedules, action items, and deliverables; documents project status; and develops foundational project management and communication skills under experienced engineering leadership.

Leads the relationship between OneHUB and internal business stakeholders, translating priorities into execution plans and coordinating cross-functional delivery. Owns governance, prioritization, escalation, dependency management, performance reporting, change communication, and continuous improvement. As Chief of Staff, advises OneHUB leadership, prepares executive materials and decision briefs, removes blockers, drives accountability, and ensures alignment between short-term actions and long-term objectives.
