Leads a global logistics efficiency program focused on IoT-enabled shipment visibility, freight security, device lifecycle management, supplier governance, performance reporting, sustainability, cost optimization, and continuous improvement. Partners with logistics, quality, procurement, finance, IT, and external providers to implement scalable pharmaceutical shipping capabilities, manage risks, improve service performance, and communicate recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Provides guidance on FDA regulations, healthcare fraud and abuse laws, industry codes, anti-corruption, and competition law. Oversees cross-functional legal initiatives, outside counsel, budgets, and risk management while mentoring attorneys and shaping legal policies and strategic priorities.

Designs and operates CI/CD pipelines, automated workflows, and full-stack applications across cloud or hybrid environments. Develops backend and frontend code, integrates DevOps toolchains, deploys containerized applications, and applies infrastructure as code. The role also embeds security, compliance, observability, traceability, and validation controls into regulated software delivery. It evaluates AI-assisted development tools and contributes to architecture, technical documentation, governance, and continuous improvement.

Build and operationalize AI-driven semantic solutions using ontologies, knowledge graphs, controlled vocabularies, APIs, MCP tools, agents, and reusable software components. Enable inference, search, normalization, entity resolution, and data integration across enterprise platforms. Collaborate with platform, product, data, ontology, and governance teams; embed FAIR data principles, responsible AI, security, compliance, documentation, and CI/CD practices into scalable services.

Conduct technical surveillance countermeasure inspections to detect electronic eavesdropping devices, unauthorized radio frequency emissions, and espionage tools. Analyze findings, perform risk and vulnerability assessments, prepare security recommendations, develop counter-surveillance strategies, advise executives, train staff, and maintain specialized TSCM equipment. The role requires discretion, independent judgment, strong technical analysis, certification, and global travel.
