The Accountant will handle the closing of shows, entry and coding of financial data, process road checks, reconcile bank statements, maintain digital records, and assist with settling accounts. Responsibilities include managing invoices, expense coding, and ensuring financial data accuracy while supporting the Sr Accountant and Accounting Manager.

The Executive/Personal Assistant will manage the CEO's schedule, maintain communication, organize files, conduct research, oversee office operations, handle expense reports, and act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments. Responsibilities include maintaining contact information and managing office supplies.
