As a Sales Manager, oversee a retail team, motivate members, ensure premium customer service, and drive sales by guiding and coaching. Manage store operations and support team development.

Lead and coach a sales team to hit daily/weekly/monthly targets; develop and execute sales plans; analyze performance and prepare reports; coordinate with marketing; manage client relationships; train staff; resolve customer issues and identify new business opportunities.

Manage group consolidation, intercompany and foreign exchange activity; prepare monthly group reporting and statutory accounts (FRS 102/Local GAAP/IFRS); own balance sheet reconciliations; coordinate and support external audits; interpret and apply technical accounting (including IFRS 16); support FP&A, budgeting and accounting projects; and drive continuous improvement in reporting processes.

Lead in-store sales and operations on a 32-hour contract (weekends/evenings). Deliver premium, tailored customer service, hit store targets, coach and develop staff, drive add-on and outfit sales, maintain product knowledge and presentation, and manage daily store tasks like deliveries, tills, fitting rooms, stock replenishment, and merchandising.

Deliver premium customer service, maintain visual standards, support stock takes and deliveries, act as brand ambassador, and communicate effectively with customers and team members to achieve store goals.
