As a Marketing Assistant, you'll support innovative marketing campaigns, handle administrative tasks, create marketing materials, and liaise with various departments and external partners.

The Director, Streaming will strategize and implement streaming initiatives for Warner Records, manage project timelines, budgets, and partner relationships, and optimize marketing campaigns and playlists for Rock and Country genres.

Lead and scale WMX operations across merchandise, D2C, fulfillment, touring, retail, licensing, and global logistics. Build processes, SOPs, KPIs, cross-functional workflows, risk mitigation, and partner with finance and legal on forecasting, budgets, and compliance.

Manage digital marketing strategy for Pop/Rock/Dance artists: create platform-specific content, grow fan communities, run influencer and ad campaigns, collaborate with creative and product teams, oversee multiple releases, report performance, and maintain strong artist/partner relationships.

Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. Identify and manage creator relationships, develop campaign briefs, track trends, coordinate logistics, and report performance using Creator Core, Cobrand, and internal dashboards. Collaborate with A&R, product managers, creative teams, and agencies to drive artist campaigns and fan acquisition.

Lead ADA North America Operations to support ADA US and Canada label release plans. Manage and develop an operations team, liaise with ADA executive leadership, improve digital supply chain processes (including Revelator integration), troubleshoot downstream issues, and drive efficiency across global operations to ensure timely, standards-compliant releases for independent labels and artists.

Support the Head of A&R in sourcing and acquiring independent label distribution and catalog deals. Research targets, manage deal flow, prepare pitches and reports, coordinate with finance and legal, build projection models, and attend industry events to grow business and onboard new clients.

Provide administrative and organizational support to the Co‑President of 300 Entertainment; manage calendar, coordinate company‑wide initiatives, meetings and events; communicate with artists and industry contacts; compile and distribute marketing presentations and reports; support cross‑departmental coordination and offer creative input in weekly meetings.

Lead YouTube account strategy to maximize revenue by analyzing data, building dashboards, and delivering insights. Manage cross-functional projects, coordinate artist campaigns and partners, resolve network issues, and educate internal teams. Use Snowflake, Python/SQL, and performance testing to drive monetization and report on outcomes for senior leadership.

Provide high-level administrative support to Business & Legal Affairs and the CFO, manage calendars and travel, facilitate contract routing and rights data entry, process invoices and vendor setup, draft communications, maintain confidential filing systems, produce presentations and reports, and drive operational improvements across the department.
