Lead analysis and continuous improvement of business solutions: gather and document requirements, model processes, manage product/solution roadmaps, coordinate maintenance and vendor escalations, support UAT and L3 incidents, and drive change management and governance to align systems with business goals.

Manage corporate procurement operations: issue and follow purchase orders, prioritize internal requests, source and negotiate with suppliers to reduce costs, develop procurement procedures and KPIs, analyze costs, maintain approved supplier lists, and ensure environmental and hazardous-material compliance while collaborating with global divisions.

Enter and manage sales and purchase contracts in the RECY system, reconcile orders and weight tickets, support sellers on claims, set pricing, track subcontractor payments, respond to customer inquiries, and follow up on vendor delays.

Provide bilingual (French/English) corporate legal support including contract drafting and negotiation, corporate and real estate transactions, environmental compliance, litigation management (preferred), risk and compliance, and global legal counsel across operations.
