It requires direct experience shipping back-office automation, quantitative business-case development, cross-functional change leadership, and the ability to build internal capability rather than rely on outside providers.

Design, develop, test, document, and maintain scalable Java backend systems supporting AI initiatives. Build microservices, REST APIs, and platform capabilities; troubleshoot distributed-system and production issues; collaborate with product and engineering teams; contribute to architecture and technical processes; and mentor engineers through guidance and code reviews.
