Lead engineering for in-orbit operations of Lightspeed LEO satellites: integrate and validate SatOps systems, develop SOC products and automation, maintain procedures, provide engineering guidance and training, drive telemetry analytics and SDP development, and oversee CONOPS across LEOP and routine operations.

Manage design, delivery, and continuous improvement of SatOps training programs and technical documentation. Schedule and facilitate sessions, maintain competency and certification records, consolidate vendor training, oversee document control and knowledge-base materials, ensure compliance and collaboration with engineering, HR, and safety teams.

Designs, implements, and operates cloud networking (primarily Azure) and hybrid connectivity, integrating SaaS and on-prem systems. Automates deployments using Terraform, PowerShell, CLI and ARM templates, monitors performance and security, supports Kubernetes network environments, and collaborates with architects, DevOps, SRE, and cybersecurity teams.

Lead development and automation of the Flight Dynamics System (FDS), building CI/CD pipelines, operational scripts, and integrations. Plan and execute orbit determination, maneuver planning, station-keeping, LEOP/EOR campaigns, propellant tracking, and SSA integration. Mentor FD team, collaborate with SOC Systems and vendors, document workflows, and present technical reports to management.

Support development and operation of the Flight Dynamics System for LEO satellites by performing orbit determination, conjunction assessment, maneuver planning and post-maneuver validation. Assist with FDS development, verification, automation scripting, on-station orbit management, LEOP/IOT/EOR campaigns, and prepare technical reports for management.

Engineer the design and deployment of satellite antennas and user terminals for Telesat Lightspeed, involving analysis, integration, and supplier coordination.

Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters across on-prem and cloud environments. Implement CI/CD, automate infrastructure with Terraform/Ansible, monitor and troubleshoot containerized applications, ensure security/compliance, perform audits and documentation, and collaborate with development teams to build scalable systems.

The Senior Systems Engineer will manage requirements analysis, translate mission requirements into system requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while providing updates to management.

Manage and grow EMEA client relationships post‑sale for up to five strategic accounts (> $10M each). Coordinate service delivery, resolve escalations, support onboarding/implementation, prepare performance reports and QBRs, drive retention and account growth in partnership with sales and internal teams.

Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for Telesat Lightspeed in APAC: gather requirements, design satellite and terrestrial connectivity solutions, perform modeling/simulations, present proposals, support implementation and testing, and liaise with sales, product, and customers to resolve issues and identify revenue opportunities.
