Responsibilities
Education and Experience
3+ years in training coordination, documentation management, or technical operations support;
Familiarity with space segment operations, telecommunications, aerospace, or other high‑reliability technical environments is an asset;
Experience with document control systems, LMS platforms, Jama, Sharepoint and collaboration tools, is an asset;
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities both verbal and written.
Experience in documentation and records administration.
Decision Making and Supervision
Guides decisions on the technical development of SatOps related training;
Follows program documentation management guidelines and processes;
Ability to work unsupervised;
Manages development of training materials; working with SMEs.
Skills Required
- Diploma or degree in education, communications, technical operations, or equivalent in a related field
- 3+ years in training coordination, documentation management, or technical operations support
- Familiarity with space segment operations, telecommunications, aerospace, or other high-reliability technical environments
- Experience with document control systems, LMS platforms, Jama, SharePoint and collaboration tools
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience in documentation and records administration
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage development of training materials with SMEs
- Possess or be eligible to obtain a CGP security clearance
