Responsibilities include liaison with Polish regulators and the Financial Intelligence Unit, regulatory reporting, policy development, risk assessment, transaction monitoring, suspicious transaction reporting, KYC/KYB oversight, audits, inspections, system improvements, and employee training.

Manage full-cycle technical talent acquisition across multiple regions, including sourcing, executive search, screening, interviewing, pipeline management, candidate communication, stakeholder partnership, job postings, and recruitment metrics reporting.
