Lead market risk and Margin Trading Facility risk management across equities, derivatives, and leveraged products. Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, technology teams, credit teams, and business stakeholders to optimize lending processes and provide actionable risk insights.

Lead product development for an AI agentic platform supporting customer, sales, and internal workflows. Responsibilities include designing multi-agent workflows, evaluation systems, LLM fine-tuning and deployment pipelines, low-latency text and voice interactions, safety and compliance systems, APIs, SDKs, and developer runtimes. The role partners with engineering, design, data science, operations, and analytics teams, establishes standards for prompts and agent safety, mentors junior staff, and drives adoption of customer-loved products.

Monitor, analyze, and optimize consumer and merchant lending portfolios. Develop risk strategies, run stress tests and loss forecasts, support product growth, and coordinate collections, compliance, and bureau management using analytics.

Design, deploy, and automate cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS), manage Kubernetes/EKS and container platforms, implement CI/CD pipelines, script automations, and maintain open-source server software.
