Generate top-of-funnel opportunities through extensive outbound calling, qualify prospective clients, maintain accurate CRM records, and consistently meet monthly opportunity quotas. The role works PST-aligned hours and includes daily training and coaching from the Inside Sales Lead.

Assesses client LAN/WAN infrastructure, servers, endpoints, configurations, and security tooling against MSP and industry standards. Owns benchmarking, scorecards, proactive service days, technical documentation, SOPs, and client-facing recommendations. Identifies risks and project opportunities, reduces reactive tickets, contributes to standards, and coordinates handoffs with service desk, projects, and vCIO teams. The role is onsite in La Verne, California, includes local client visits, weekend on-call rotation, and extensive use of Microsoft and ConnectWise platforms.

Designs and implements client network infrastructure, wireless systems, ISP connectivity, cameras, access control, environmental sensors, and IoT solutions. Responsibilities include configuration, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, subcontractor quality inspection, provider coordination, cutovers, and operational handoff. The role also validates wireless performance and security, manages deficiencies, supports escalations, and helps establish repeatable delivery standards. Regular Southern California client-site work, occasional out-of-state travel, after-hours cutovers, and limited on-call participation are required.
