The LDC Commercial Adopt Process Manager - Pricing & Contracting role at Novartis involves driving the adoption and deployment of Lean Digital Core solutions in countries, with a focus on Commercial Pricing and Contracting. Responsibilities include overseeing user acceptance testing, training, data conversion, and ensuring successful solution delivery.
Strategic position to support deployment activities for Business Planning and Analysis (BPA) and Reporting and Analytics (R&A) in collaboration with global teams. Responsible for transitioning to Lean Digital Core (LDC) based reporting and ensuring smooth interaction between experts for successful deployment. Essential requirements include a Certified Accountant with 10 years of leadership experience in Finance Planning & Analysis, project management, and proficiency in English & Spanish.
Strategic position to support repeatable and scalable deployment of Americas LDC releases for Taxes. Main point of contact for Global Taxes LDC team and Tax communities. Drive in-country business process deployment activities. Support user acceptance testing and facilitate collaboration between Functional and Business experts.
Responsible for overseeing and maintaining financial procedures to ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies. Evaluate processes, recommend improvements, review compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate financial risks. Conduct training sessions on internal control policies and procedures. Fostering a culture of compliance and accountability throughout the organization.
Lead and manage an efficient and high-quality Business Intelligence and Performance team at Novartis, focusing on data and analytics. Collaborate with key stakeholders, drive communication, and ensure delivery of best-in-class services. Develop talent, mentor associates, and conduct performance appraisals. Requires 8-10 years of experience with advanced Visualization skills, R and Python programming languages, and Pharma analytics expertise in the Digital domain.
Work closely with project teams to drive the use of statistical and data science methods in experimental planning, analysis, and reporting for the development of synthetic molecule formulations. Apply statistical and data science methods to generate business insights for continuous improvement and enhance ways of working.
Provide analytics support to internal customers by delivering projects, managing expectations, and utilizing data analysis and data science techniques. Create and deliver customer requirements, deliver advanced analytical solutions, automate project codes, participate in knowledge sharing sessions, and comply with internal procedures. Ideal candidates should have a good understanding of the pharmaceutical domain and experience in an international company.
Understand complex business problems, employ statistical methods and machine learning algorithms, manage data lifecycle, lead projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide actionable business intelligence.
Provide analytics support to internal customers using data analysis and data science techniques. Deliver projects in marketing analytics, predictive analytics, and resource optimization. Build and deliver customer requirements, drive customer happiness, and develop advanced analytical solutions.
