Provide high-impact executive support to a small senior leadership team across time zones: manage complex calendars, own international travel and expenses, prepare board/town hall materials, track follow-through on priorities, coordinate with global EA counterparts, and leverage AI/productivity tools to improve efficiency.

Develop, maintain, and test enterprise Java full‑stack web applications. Execute North America demand generation and ABM programs to activate target manufacturing accounts and drive pipeline. Launch multi-touch campaigns (email/Marketo, paid media, webinars, events), coordinate with BDRs for sales follow-up, maintain marketing database hygiene, and track pipeline and account engagement via Salesforce/BI dashboards. Support asset coordination with global teams and optimize programs to improve account activation, pipeline creation, and velocity.

Provide advanced technical support for QAD and Progress products, diagnose and resolve complex ERP and database issues, perform Progress DBA tasks, manage installations/upgrades/configurations, create documentation and training materials, collaborate with R&D and Product teams, participate in shift rotations and on-call coverage to support a global 24/7 customer base.

Drive cross-functional value creation and AI transformation initiatives: define measurable initiatives, build KPI dashboards and business cases, track execution, partner with functions and vendors, support operating model and SI transitions, and produce executive-ready reporting to realize measurable business impact.

Maintain and update SOC documentation, create security infrastructure diagrams, document alert flows and detection coverage, support onboarding and knowledge base, clean up diagrams, and assist with Tier 1 security event monitoring and tooling mapping.

Perform entry-level vulnerability management: create and manage remediation tickets from scanner output, document status and exceptions, track SLAs and reporting, maintain scanning and ASM coverage diagrams, support scanner normalization, re-validation, and asset inventory hygiene.

Drive expansion within existing enterprise manufacturing customers by selling Champion AI agents and upgrades to Adaptive ERP on AWS. Own end-to-end account growth: identify whitespace, build AI business cases, collaborate with Customer Success, manage complex cross-sell deals, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and cultivate executive relationships. Travel up to 50% to meet customers.
