Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven AI Product Manager to spearhead both internal and external AI-powered product initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a compelling blend of strategic vision and tactical execution, with a demonstrated ability to manage the full AI product lifecycle — from ideation to delivery. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Services, Engineering, and executive leadership to define and deliver AI-driven product outcomes that align with organizational objectives and create measurable business impact.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Planning & Roadmap

  • Strategically own and maintain the product roadmap, balancing long-term vision with tactical, near-term execution.

  • Synthesize business goals and customer requirements into well-defined product initiatives and actionable milestones.

  • Clearly communicate roadmap progress, updates, and trade-off decisions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

User Story Development & Backlog Management

  • Author and refine high-quality user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria within JIRA to guide development.

  • Proactively manage a healthy, prioritized product backlog to ensure Engineering teams have clear and actionable work queues.

  • Facilitiate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospective sessions to drive continuous delivery and improvement.

Goal Setting & Outcome Ownership

  • Establish and monitor SMART goals for all product initiatives to ensure alignment with broader business outcomes.

  • Drive full accountability for product performance, identifying both successes and opportunities for strategic pivots.

  • Define KPIs and success metrics, providing regular, data-driven reporting to leadership and key stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales and Services teams to gather market insights and customer feedback to inform the product lifecycle.

  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring technical feasibility and shared understanding.

  • Facilitate collaborative workshops, demos, and reviews to maintain high levels of engagement and alignment across the organization.

Strategic & Tactical Execution

  • Execute product strategy in alignment with corporate objectives, skillfully navigating between high-level planning and daily execution.

  • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure product delivery meets quality and timeline expectations.

  • Champion the "voice of the customer" throughout the development process to ensure user-centric product evolution.

Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of overall experience in product management with exposure to both internal-facing and external/customer-facing products.

  • 5-7 years of experience in Supply chain Management, Global Trade Management would be a plus

  • JIRA: Hands-on proficiency with 

  • AHA!: Experience developing, managing, and prioritizing product roadmaps in 

  • Demonstrated ability to write, refine, and groom user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.

  • Proven track record of setting and achieving SMART goals with measurable outcomes.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments; certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus.

  • Documentation: Proficiency in creating clear product specs, PRDs, and stakeholder presentations
