ZL Technologies is looking for graduate candidates for various roles within their organization, focused on electronic data management and data analytics.

As a Business Development Representative at ZL Tech, you'll focus on attracting new customers, maintaining high call and email activity, and building relationships with C-Level Executives to identify business needs.

Coach and lead Scrum teams to apply the Scrum framework, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, track Agile metrics (velocity, burndown), use Jira/Confluence, and collaborate with stakeholders and other leads to improve delivery and team performance.

Lead and manage the HR function for U.S. and international staff, partnering with senior leadership on staffing, performance management, compensation, compliance, HRIS/talent systems, onboarding/offboarding, investigations, and policy. Oversee HR team operations, budgets, and ensure employment-law compliance while supporting employee relations, training, and development.

Sell ZL Tech software to large enterprises by prospecting and engaging decision-makers, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building and expanding client relationships, identifying cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and representing the company at industry events.

Develop and manage relationships with systems integrators to identify and close revenue opportunities for ZL's enterprise data management solutions. Build new partner contacts, grow internal partner champions, evangelize product value, and coordinate with ZL sales teams to maximize joint sales and revenue.

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and staff, prepare and analyze financial statements, manage budgeting and forecasts, ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations, implement financial controls, and support strategic decision-making.

Lead and grow enterprise sales teams, define sales strategy and go-to-market plans, hire and train sellers, manage performance, foster a results-oriented culture, represent the company at industry events, and report to the CEO.

Lead and build an alliances team to develop and manage partnerships (especially systems integrators), drive partner-sourced revenue, evangelize ZL solutions, coordinate with sales, onboard and coach alliance managers, and represent the company at industry events.

Perform high-volume prospecting to Fortune 1000/Global 2000, engage C-level decision makers, create meetings and qualified sales opportunities, and develop domain and product knowledge to be a trusted advisor.
