The Business Development Representative will identify and acquire new business opportunities in Australia, build client relationships, and collaborate with teams to achieve sales goals.

Manage inbound leads and execute outbound sales to grow Multiplier's presence in Australia. Collaborate with marketing, research and target SMB prospects, present solutions, negotiate contracts, close deals, and provide client feedback to product teams. Focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Own territory sales for UK/Ireland mid-market: prospect and close net-new B2B SaaS accounts, manage pipeline in Salesforce, collaborate cross-functionally, onboard clients, and travel up to 25% for meetings and events.

Manage inbound leads and conduct outbound sales to drive revenue growth in Singapore. Collaborate with marketing, research SMB prospects, present solutions, negotiate contracts, close deals, maintain client relationships, and provide product feedback.

Conduct outbound prospecting to build pipeline, execute high-volume outbound sequences, book 10–20 demos monthly, and partner with sales reps to convert opportunities using Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Lead a team of Global EOR and Payroll Support Specialists for enterprise customers. Serve as SME, design onboarding and training, ensure KPIs/SLAs, analyze performance, drive process improvements, collaborate with Product/Engineering, and communicate results to leadership.

Identify and engage new EMEA SMB/MM/Enterprise leads via research, cold outreach, and networking. Execute outbound strategies to generate SQLs, hit targets (touch ~500 leads/month, schedule 10-15 demos), collaborate with Sales Executives, and use Outreach, Nooks, and Salesforce. Work onsite four days/week in Central London.

Lead named APAC accounts to drive retention, expansion, and revenue by building trusted relationships, consultative solutioning, account planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Act as the customer voice for product, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, forecast quotas, and ensure customers achieve talent and business objectives with Multiplier.

Lead operational transformation by analyzing end-to-end workflows, identifying bottlenecks and risks, designing SOPs and governance, driving automation and AI adoption, and partnering cross-functionally to scale operations and improve resilience.

Manage and oversee payroll operations across EMEA, ensure compliance with local regulations, implement payroll processes, resolve discrepancies, support junior team members, collaborate with auditors and stakeholders, maintain accurate records, conduct audits, and deliver process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
