Leads and contributes hands-on to the Simulation Workbench software engineering team. Responsibilities include team direction, software development, product roadmap ownership, releases, licensing, system shipments, customer issue coordination, hiring, technical strategy, and evaluating AI technologies. The manager partners with manufacturing, support, applications engineering, and senior leadership to deliver real-time hardware-in-the-loop simulation products predictably.

Own and modernize sales systems supporting quoting, pricing, configuration, CRM, and ERP integration. Maintain iHawk compatibility rules, product pricing, licensing, and core business systems while building a Salesforce CPQ solution and automating QAD-to-Salesforce data flows. Develop and maintain SimWB real-time hardware-in-the-loop simulation software, including I/O support, device integration, testing, release packaging, documentation, and customer issue resolution. The role involves C and C++ development on real-time Linux, hardware/software debugging, automation scripting, code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.

Lead the technical direction and hands-on development of the Simulation Workbench real-time hardware-in-the-loop platform. Own core subsystems including the scheduler, configuration server, SDK, APIs, and I/O integrations. Diagnose timing and hardware/software issues, support customers, establish engineering standards, review designs, mentor engineers, and partner on architecture and roadmap decisions.

Owns the complete customer order lifecycle from purchase order receipt through shipment and invoicing. Responsibilities include ERP order entry, contract and FAR/DFARS review, SAM.gov registration, CMMC coordination, supplier and procurement management, BOM structuring, shipment logistics, compliance documentation, price justification, order amendments, and customer updates. The role supports defense and aerospace customers and requires close coordination with Sales, Manufacturing, suppliers, legal, and customers.

Provide technical implementation, configuration, integration, and customer support for real-time Concurrent Real-Time products. Assist with system setup, benchmarking, latency optimization, troubleshooting, training, demos, and proof-of-concept deployments. Collaborate with R&D to reproduce issues and validate fixes, produce documentation and solution guides, support pre-sales, and travel to customer sites (30–40%).

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for nCode DesignLife and GlyphWorks durability and engineering data analytics software. Collaborate with customers, engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams to define requirements, prioritize capabilities, support Agile planning, and drive adoption. Represent durability engineers and technical users, monitor product performance and satisfaction, develop go-to-market initiatives, and guide portfolio integrations across simulation, testing, and reliability workflows.

Identify, allocate, and track sales leads; manage small sales projects from lead to order; handle service projects; analyze business data; and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role requires customer-focused communication, commercial understanding, strong organization, and proficiency with Salesforce, SAP CRM, and Microsoft Office 365.

Design and govern enterprise Linux and open-source infrastructure across on‑prem, hybrid and cloud. Define standards, automation, security hardening, HA/DR and licensing governance; guide outsourcing partner, mentor engineers, produce architecture documentation, and evaluate build-vs-buy decisions.

Leads an international team of infrastructure, cloud, and service architects. Establishes enterprise architecture governance, reviews and approves designs, maintains technology roadmaps, aligns architecture with business strategy, and oversees security, compliance, resilience, and cost optimization. The role also manages outsourced service providers, supports investment planning, chairs architecture reviews, develops team members, and communicates technical strategy to senior stakeholders across a global organization.
