Manage small-to-moderately complex TraceLink software implementation and partner integration projects: plan, track scope/budget, run customer meetings, report status/risks, coordinate technical teams, drive customer satisfaction, and support PSA tooling and change orders.

Lead enterprise sales for TraceLink's Supply Chain Agentic Business Processes across strategic accounts. Provide technical support for TraceLink's OPUS platform and related products, troubleshoot customer issues, escalate to engineering, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and maintain customer satisfaction.

Own, retain, and expand a portfolio of enterprise customers by driving renewals, upsell, and net revenue growth. Act as trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, execute TraceLink's enterprise sales methodology, manage full sales cycle, collaborate with ADRs and Solutions Consulting, and ensure high retention and pipeline hygiene using Salesforce.

Process end-to-end payroll for assigned APAC/EMEA countries, validate inputs, handle payroll inquiries, maintain records, assist reconciliations and statutory reporting, coordinate with vendors, support audits and month-end close, and escalate compliance risks.

Serve as the global subject-matter expert for the OPUS platform, creating and governing messaging, knowledge artifacts, and LLM-ready frameworks to enable executive buyer conversations, field enablement, and AI-driven experiences. Partner cross-functionally to translate technical capabilities into business value, curate a canonical platform knowledge library, and design prompt/patterns for consistent AI interactions.

Perform account-based prospecting to build pipeline across assigned accounts: research and map stakeholders, qualify inbound/outbound leads, engage decision-makers via personalized outreach, support upsell/renewal motions, document activity in Salesforce, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to drive executive meetings and pipeline progression.

Develop AI-powered systems for supply chain workflows. Implement agentic AI features, build backend services, and support testing and validation for AI systems.
