Hands-on R&D role designing, simulating and validating RF/IF circuits (1–75 GHz), developing high-speed analog transmission over copper and fiber, analyzing product requirements, drafting technical specifications, and taking designs from concept to production with lab-based testing.

Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing quotations, reports, and sales materials; coordinate cross-department communication, maintain CRM records, track sales metrics, organize customer visits and campaigns, and handle reception backup duties to ensure timely processing and delivery of sales-related requests.

Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for advanced broadcast video systems, including software-defined video networking, compression, orchestration, and monitoring. Monitor systems, manage incidents to SLA, coordinate with peers and customers, validate designs via testing, document procedures, and act as single point of contact for multiple support cases.

Design, build, and operate cloud-native backend and distributed systems (primarily Python). Own end-to-end deployments, observability, and incident response. Collaborate across teams to scope, document, implement, test, and launch features; mentor junior engineers and uphold code quality and deployment best practices.

Develop software for media entertainment, focusing on solutions for customer applications in a collaborative and creative environment. Emphasizes teamwork and personal growth opportunities.

Provide end-user technical support across Windows, Linux, and macOS. Manage provisioning, deployment, upgrades, and troubleshooting of devices; administer user accounts, authentication, endpoint security, patching, antivirus, encryption, and backups. Support Microsoft 365 apps, network services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN), wireless access, printers/scanners, document resolutions and SOPs, and contribute to IT projects and office technology deployments.
