Deliver change management and workplace strategy solutions (site, campus, portfolio) including assessments, stakeholder engagement, training, facilitation, communications, and project leadership to align work environments with business objectives.

Lead procurement for new client pursuits and transitions, vendor qualification and setup, Oracle PO administration, contract lifecycle and repository management, procurement governance, risk and supplier performance reporting. Drive continuous improvement, sustainable procurement and supplier diversity initiatives, deliver training, manage procurement systems and dashboards, negotiate contracts, and provide people leadership for sourcing teams.

Provide electrical engineering support for building electrical systems: perform preventative and corrective maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, testing and commissioning, support EV charging infrastructure, assist tenant fit-ups, document findings, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to improve reliability and performance.
