Manage education-sector construction projects from scoping to handover, ensuring compliance with Ministry of Education standards. Lead planning, budgets, procurement, scheduling, risk, H&S, subcontractor management, stakeholder engagement, quality assurance, reporting, and project close-out.

Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing Managers on RFXs, contract management, supplier selection and negotiations. Perform advanced financial analysis and proposal modeling, develop sourcing strategies, run competitive bids, measure and improve supplier performance, manage contracts and vendor setup, perform due diligence, and produce sourcing documentation and reports to support operational and finance teams.
