Plans, develops and delivers assigned facility projects from scope to close. Creates project plans, schedules, budgets and resource estimates; monitors progress, mitigates risks, leads project teams, manages vendors and client relationships, and ensures projects meet timeline, budget, regulatory, environmental and health & safety requirements.

Manage end-to-end delivery of moderate-to-high complexity facilities projects: define scope, budgets, schedules, risks, vendor contracts, invoicing, reporting, and client communications. Ensure regulatory, health & safety, and quality compliance; collaborate with operations and stakeholders; oversee close-out, handover, and project performance using BGIS PM systems and dashboards.

Manages financial reporting, FP&A cycles, budgeting, financial analysis, client reporting, internal controls, and audit compliance for a large client business group. Drive revenue growth by developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, promoting FSQ services, collaborating with internal teams to ensure delivery, supporting strategic initiatives, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance and high customer satisfaction.

Lead account strategy and operations for client portfolios, drive client satisfaction and growth, manage financials and compliance, and develop high-performing, inclusive teams while delivering facility management solutions.

Serve as primary client contact to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met, run QBRs, produce monthly/quarterly reports, drive process improvements and inventory controls, support Regional Directors, handle escalations, and use Power BI to create dashboards while developing proposals and plans to grow account profitability.

Provide project administration support including project setup, documentation management, tracking progress and timelines, executing purchase orders, reconciling invoices, preparing status and financial reports, managing vendor activation, and executing project close-out activities to ensure accurate records and timely delivery.

Lead and execute strategic internal and external communications, media relations, content development, stakeholder engagement, and crisis communications. Manage and mentor a communications team, oversee budgets, vendors, and campaigns, and advise senior leadership to protect and advance organizational reputation.

Lead BGIS's global insurance and risk programs, advise senior leadership on risk and contracts, manage claims and loss-prevention, oversee broker/insurer relationships, coordinate insurance placements and reporting, and develop incident, training, and communication programs while leading a team.
